A house is in Tel-Aviv Israel

This was a small second floor apartment, very typical in Tel Aviv northern neighborhoods.
We added a second floor above, and enlarged the main floor that contains a living room, a kitchen, abathroom, two bedrooms, and a closet room.
In the upper floor there is a large study, a large master bedroom with a batroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking Tel-Aviv.
We have almost doubled the size of this apt.
This house was renovated with very carefully designed details, that consider: air conditioning, lighting, stairs detailing, bathroom detailing, and very fine materials.

This second floor apartment, very typical in Tel Aviv area, had two large bedrooms, a large living room, with high ceilings. I had to add another bedroom for a baby coming up (very soon…), without changing the size of thebedrooms or
living room..
I sujested to move the kitchen, and instead of it, designed a third bedroom, the kitchen was moved to another part of the house instead of the terrace.
Another addition was a second bathroom in the master bedroom, and of course, a full renovation of all the rest of the house, including everything.
We practicly almost tore it all down.
All of the materials, windows, and electricity, were replaced and upgraded.
